If it’s domestic we’ll do it. We even handle light commercial for the same price as domestic.
 
We charge:
 

Consumer Unit upgrade. - £250 (Includes VAT and certification with building regs approval, does not include parts.)

Change light fitting - £40 for the first one, £20 for each one after that 

Install new socket - £60 (includes chasing and filling but assumes easy access to floorboards or other path for cable)

Full rewire - from £2000 (one bed flat and excludes fixtures and fittings)

First half hour - £35

Every subsequent half hour - £25

Day rate - £320

We don't charge any mark up on parts - we pass on only what we pay. Or we are happy to let you know what is needed and you can buy anything yourself. If we do get parts we will always show you a receipt.

We will explain exactly what we recommend and why; we will then explain how we will carry out the works. We aim to be as transparent as possible.

Our service area is South East London but please contact us for a quote on works outside this area.
